Halofans 2005 roster set is really good and up to date as of the middle of Feb. He also has the face packs for that particular roster set. You can get them at either:

SimCentral
OOTP Download Center

You'll have to register for simcentral to get the downloads, but there are quite a few other good utilities there also.
