If the Windows Paint program is all you have, open the jpeg file in that program. Click File, Save As and choose .bmp for file type in the Save As dialog box, and click save. You'll now have two files, a jpeg and a bmp, so you can delete the jpeg if you're worried about space.

You'll have to do this for each individual stadium file.

I once heard about a program that will convert files in bulk, but I have no idea if that's true.
