Post Hall of Famer?

OK, I need help deciding on this one. I'm about to elect my inaugural Hall of Fame class (fictional league). And I can't decide if one pitcher should make it. He only played 6 years (he was 35 when the league started.) Here's his numbers.

122-28 .813 (worst season was his last 17-10, 20+ wins every other year)
3.91 ERA, 1506 K, 21 CG, 10 SO

He won the first two Golden Ace awards (25-3 2.01 ERA in 1900 and 22-4 2.71 ERA in 1901). He also had 4 no-hitters.

His ERA is a little high because he had a 2 rating for walks, and a 4 for homers to start with, and was listed as Very Inconsistent.

Oh and I have the league set to Modern Era.

What do you think? To Hall or not to Hall?
