That "Cat Eye" was either very confident, or very "punch-drunk", from the looks of his picture! Who did he fight? I've never seen him listed as an opponent. Well, here is my updated , "I can't find these guys pictures!" list:

and, last, but not...Bob Williams(The Masked Marvel) ..sshheesshh!! From his record, it's easy to see why he would never show his face.
