Ya, but the problem is what's the point in getting a better scout then? You see when you look at the opinion of an opposing team's scout, what you are essentially doing is cheating. It'll benefit you if your opponent's scout is better than yours. Lets say I'm trading with Los Angeles. His scout is Brilliant in Hitting and Brilliant in Pitching. My scout is Average in Hitting and Average in Pitching. Now, I'd much rather go with Los Angeles' scout's opinion rather than my own (Brilliant is more likely to be right).
Furthermore, by viewing through more than one scout, it gives you a better perspective of a player's true ratings (more opinions, you can average them out to get a better idea). Since the ratings can only be off by a couple of ticks, if you see your scout giving a 6 rating in Contact, while your opponents scout gives a 8 rating in Contact, you know that the player's true rating isn't likely to be below 6 or above 8. This is cheating in my opinion.
