Problem trying to unlicense
Trying to unlicense I'm getting a box with the title,"Failed first phase of unlicense."
It goes on to say, "First stage of unlicensing not complete. Unlicense pending failed with error code 31. The system indentifier used to generate the license for this system cannot be retrieved. The license cannot be unlicensed."
What other info do you need to help solve my problem. Thanks in advance.
