All the original players except for my controlled team lost their ratings.

I deleted the league, but the leaderboards couldn't have been anything special. No one was producing.

There were 5 starters and at least 4 relievers on each team.

The only adjustment of league totals I did was to increase the home run total to lower output (before I realized no one was hitting).

I was using regular MLB stadiums for their respective teams.

The pitchers usually were throwing no hitters - mainly because everyone was rated a 0 for hits.

I'm gonna try a historic league again, but I've tried different ways four or five times and something always goes wrong.
