I have approximately 13000 images that I use for my league from all the different face packs. What I do is to only assign a picture to the main players in the league in a 16 team league I usually start with about a 100 pics. Then add after the season. To make sure that I don't duplicate a player image I create a league folder with 2000 images to start and then I simply assign the players name tothe image if he is used. I also bring the images into paintshop and remove the logos when I use the player if it is possible and I try to keep the unis looking somewhat consistant among teams.....works for me..
