In a nutshell my brand new HP top of the line computer was a piece of crap. However they were kind enough to send me a new one. When I re-installed Titlebout (and other OOTP games) it came up that there were no more licenses fot that prduct. I also had it installed on my old gateway. I fired off a e-mail to them and by the next morning they sent a reply that they would activate my old order number. It was that easy and quick. I know some people do not care for elicense but in my case as you can tell I'm very happy.
