The NOBSL has new openings. Boston has just repeated as world champs by winning the 2006 World Series. Nobsl will turn over to 2007 later today. NOBSL also now has a new commish. I am now the commish, but will also use a co-commish to help keep things running smoothly. The open teams are: Hou, Ari, Col, Cha, Was, Sea.
