Talent and Actual Ratings Changes
Just starting my third year managing, but only last year did I start to watch the changes in development a bit more closely. I noticed a good deal of changes in the talent ratings, but very few changes (increase or decrease) in the actual ratings themselves.
Is there a typical gap or expected range of talent deviation before this becomes reflected in the ratings proper? Or is there anything typical about development?
