1940's Canadian featherweight Lou Alter Boxrec id 013192
I may have made him a little too good but he was 1-2-1 against Jock Leslie in real life and these ratings gave me similiar results against Leslie.
Alter twice fought for the Canadian featherweight title but lost both times.
