Unable to see Pack Opening Animations and New Cards

The screen the game goes to when opening a new card pack was black for me so I couldn't see the animations or what cards I got. It appears I still got the cards but I had to go in and activate them...

Reset Challenge Mode Password and Still Temporarily Locked Out

Enabling Facegen not saving

Facegen is currently disabled in my ootp 18 and when I enable it and restart the game my change isn't saved and facegen is still disabled.
