Manager mode being offered trades

Noticed when starting a new game as just the manager on the 37 build, it is giving me the option to accept or reject trades but that should only be under GM or GM/Manger mode right?. Just noticed...

Been going back and forth with whether to be the GM or Manager. Some teams seem better fit for GM and some for Manager.
