Feeder league settings

I would like to set the settings for my feeder leagues so that the starting pitchers tend to stay in the whole game (to better replicate real life) and have very low use of relief pitchers . IRL HS...

Does this file work with a Mac. When I click on the .exe file, all that happens is that it opens the file as a text file with the coding in it.

When I download the whole set, the file has a .rar extension. Is that right? What application do I need to open this file with? How do I get to the .png files
