I don't quite understand. Cummings was a rookie in 1872 and Larkin a rookie in 1876. Why wouldn't they be included in the rookie pool either way, standard or neutralized?

I've encountered a similar problem with missing players. However, I've started in 1871, so there shouldn't be anyone debuting before that.

I'm just using the Lahman DB which came with the game....

When does recalc occur?

I'm just curious about the calendar date which this occurs. Is it January 1, or is it some other date which depends on the league's schedule?

Never realized Sportsman's Park was such a home run haven. The Browns' version has a HR rating of 240 (the Cardinals' version only in the 130's). That helps explain why West hit 42 HR's at home...

Thankfully it did work. Took at least an hour to load - I checked one more time before going to sleep. But it did load, and now it did save and load just fine.
