My Facegens are no longer updating when players...

My Facegens are no longer updating when players switch teams...it has been exactly 365 days and nobody is switching. I'm over 20 years into my league and it always worked before. Is there a fix?

My Facegens often end up pixellated, so the players are not even recognizable. Nothing else in the game does this.

Any advice?
