Real-Life Setups Missing from League Wizard

Simple issue, really: The Australian Baseball League and all of the independent leagues are missing from the League Wizard. Mentioned just for the sake of completeness, I guess...though I wouldn't...

Custom Language/Name Origins not showing up.

Apologies if this has been posted before and I missed the search term. Anyway, if you replace one of the default languages with a custom one, the name of the language will not show up in the nation...
