When doing a league draft scouting accuracy shows as low, no matter what I have scouting set at.

See the far right column below...this is with very high accuracy, normal, high, etc. The only one that works properly is 100% accurate...I should add that this problem persists after recalcing...

Why do pitcher ratings spike all at once on progress reports?

Anyone else have this problem? It seems to be usually during the first report after sprint training ends. I think it's because everyone calls up the dregs from the minor leagues so anyone with talent...
