League structure changed back in offseason?

Had something weird happen in my current league, a historical replay beginning in 1973.


In the 1979 offseason, I expanded to 3 divisions in each league and moved teams around in the divisions...

I typically don't sign players over about 32 to long contracts. I've been burnt many times by signing a 32 year old...
