OOTP18 IoS patch?

Is there anyone that has a patch for '18. After my Mac updated its software the last time I'm blocked from using '18. Currently running Catalina version 10.15.7. Thanks for any info/help!

I agree.... As an old guy with failing sight... This is a great game but too small with font size. I use Samsung Galaxy for one game and Apple mini-iPad for the other. Adjustable PLEASE!
