Shopping Players - Extremely slow!!

Currently in first postseason. Shopping a player takes 10-15 MINUTES just to pop up one or two offers. When using the "make this work now" button it also takes 3-5 minutes to return an offer. This...

FHM Problem With Mavericks

Installed Mavericks and now FHM won't work. When start it I get a large Rectangle with black and white boxes with no lettering. Game just sits there waiting for me to press a button that's not there....
