For historical mode - add IHWC (just Elite Division) / Canada Cups /Olympics. Shouldn't be too hard, because there are rosters at IIHF media book for every country since 1920.

How realistic is to expect ability to arange pre-season games by myself, so that I can choose opponents ?

Cool feature would be friendly games with NT, for example week or two prior WC to play few...
