Purchased OOTP 21 a week ago and realized that I may used an errant E-mail address, thus I don't have my serial number. Is there a way to recover the serial number?

Had an earlier version of this fantastic game for my PC and tablet but the tablet version had a poor save function. Has that been fixed?
