I solved it by restoring to before I reinstalled...

I solved it by restoring to before I reinstalled the driver. Then installed the new driver over top that. Looks like thier UNinstaller removed something FHM needed.

Files are all verified.
You say scaling settings SHOULDN'T be at 100%? I scaled it up, as well as tried a different screen resolution. Still not launching.
