MLB Service Time (Experience) more of a factor in V18?

Seems like younger guys in my online leagues are less able to dominate even if they have great ratings. Has anyone else noticed this? Its not scouting issues as we play with scouting off.

Great League

Great league! Very competitive with a great mix of veteran GMs and newer GMs. Very active chat forum, some Slack and AIM. Pretty active trade market as well. If some of our GMs don't convert to V18...

It's been a while since I did a league that wasn't an online league but from my recollection you will get more offers from the AI if they are listed as "on the block".
