We could do some type of hybrid draft where we draft the first 15 rounds or so then auto the rest. Atleast get the real important picks in first.

Fictional Players but real cities. Just no NHL teams of that sort. As much as I enjoy fictional leagues I'd rather not create a new Roman Empire and Elven Kingdom :p
