2D view question

Not sure but I think I saw in FHM 8 that you could change the frequency of the on-ice decision. I dont seem to see it now.

Is there a way to see player names instead of number on the ice?

2d Issue

On the 2d screen I see a lot of time 2 players doing 6-8 passes to each other without moving when they enter the adverse zone. Happen a lot
