Import lineups?

Is there a way to easily import lineups? I'd like to be able to mass edit the lineups and pitching rotations and import them into the game for all teams.

Thanks for the tip on templates. I think I'll take the pain of the setup time so that I can start games from the off season, since that's one of my favorite times in the game.
