I am having the same problem. Ran original FHM since its release, just bought a Surface Book, excitedly bought FHM2 and can't read the small print.

Is the problem the same for OOTP? I've played...

Crashing

This latest version crashes every time for me. Had a game going and downloaded the latest. i choose to continue the game and it opens to te front page and crashes if I try to do anything?

Leave Game Crash

I installed the most recent patch today and I still get the crash whenever I manage a game and I press the "Leave Game" button after the boxscore. Any help coming?

I'm having the same problem. Can sim the game and continue but can no longer manage a game without the crash occurring at "Leave Game".
