tactics issues

It seems that my team doesn't use the general tactic i setted (balanced,non-physical) in game and also i cannot change it (it became blocked (text in grey) since the last update 5.2.36)

Ryan Miller played more games in my game too. Didnt check for every goaltender duo but I think there are more odds AI management for the Goalies. Its one of the rare things that annoys me.
