Unable to change pbp speed

When I play my games, I'm unable to change pbp speed. It's stuck on very fast and if I change to any other speed, it automatically changes back to very fast.

Scoreboard too quick

When i play pitch by pitch in broadcast mode, the scoreboard lights up the current pitch result (ball or strike and velo) before the text play by play is finished.
