Is there any way when players retire that you could mention ERA+ or OPS+? It's hard to tell if a 2.59 Career ERA is good with the rapidly changing environment in this league.

The "godly" guy is more raw so there is a lesser chance of him fully developing especially with a 20 changeup. I'd assume OOTP rates him lower because like real life prospect rankings they factor in...
