Offer contracts to other coaches under contract

You see it a lot today why not be able to offer contracts to coaches on other teams and have to give up something in return for that coach. Cash/players.

Would like to see listings for team records. Like top 10 in each for every team pitching and hitting all-time. Would also like to see an all time hit streak counter. Maybe even an games played streak...
