The only two sport sims I play these days. I love FM and would love to see team talks and media interaction in OOTP. Team morale is such a big part of managing and FM just nailed it.

I love OOTP and play it way more than FM but as far as putting you in the managers chair I would have to say FM.
Managing a team is about motivating players. Dealing with the media and owners....
