I know this isn't what you are looking for exactly but you can look at situational stats. I.E. Career with bases loaded and see how many homers they have hit.

Seems to me that it would be easier to set an age minimum for a high school league and then set a max number of years eligible. That would eliminate alot of the age issues we have with some players...
