Add team logos

How do I add team logos? I'm playing a historical mode and have added California Golden Seals, but their logo isn't available. Also, the Black Hawks logo dissapeared in the mid 80s all of a sudden.

It's a Russian player. I have another Russian in the team. But yes, that could be it. I had a Slovak player earlier who felt isolated, so it seems to affect foreign players.

Adding team loggos

When I expand with classic teams like Hartford Whalers and California Golden Seals they get the NHL loggo instead of their respective team loggos. Is there a way of adding team loggos?

Yes.The same thing when I start a regular game in 19/20, Can't expant with a new team on July 1 even though I'm in commisioner mode. Do I have to play a season before I can add teams perhaps..?

When to start expansion draft

So, I started a historical game in 1960 without the iron curtain rule on. I started the game on July 1, but can't expand the league with new teams. At what point can I start an expansion?

Next to the mild/intense meters there are boxes that says "USE?". What are those? If I have mild on attacking and don't use that box, is that tactic ignored?
