Ratings editing problem

I am noticing that when trying to edit the ratings / potential on some players, well it doesn't change.

Ill go on, edit, check their profile, bnn page & ratings page and sometimes it will change,...

Running the same versions. In the process of deleting the league folder and doing a fresh install of the leageu folder. Hopefully that will fix it. Steam version is 9.2.2

After sadly going through steam to get this game, is it possible to get a refund through steam and just have that refund go directly to a normal purchase of the game. I am having nothing but problems...
