I've been playing since 18, and I'm still kind of bad at developing players (so I feel like at least)...

And any prospects that come through my system, that are worth anything, seem to all be top...

Are they able to gain negative traits? Like say a player becomes lazy, loses their work ethic at some point in their careers etc.

Noticed after my 2nd season... numbers are grossly inflated. Joey Gallo hit 74 HRs and 157 RBIs haha... how do I make it so these numbers reflect real life...
