Not working for me either. I have checked all three boxes, saved the game and restarted. Worked fine for FHM2, but haven't been successful with FHM3

Well...I discovered why the ECHL is not listing the championship teams...it's because they aren't playing any playoff games. I simmed up to June 30th and half of the teams in the league played 72...

The game still crashes whenever I change any information (ie name of areana) under Edit Team.

Also, game is crashing 6 months in after I made some changes to the draft information in Edit League...

The correct names are-

for Eastern Conference:
Atlantic
North
South
