I'm not for sure as I've never done this but I think if you start a league in the year you want then click import Historical Rookies, this should work.

Same here. Bought iOOTP 14, then MLB Manager 15 which lead me to buy OOTP 16. While the mobile version might not bring in the most revenue it is an introduction to OOTP 16, etc.

Wish the available jobs were more realistic. It doesn't make a lot of sense getting an offer to play be GM or Manager for a Major League Team right when you start
