Yea I thought that at first but even that doesn't make sense since my first round opponent (New Jersey) isn't in the same division as me (Detroit). Pretty confusing, does anyone know what happened?

In the NHL I have encountered a problem with playoff seeding. In the West everything was fine, but in the East It was 1 VS 8, 2 VS 4, 6 VS 7 an 3 VS 5.
