I also need to add that the league I am in has...

I also need to add that the league I am in has the scouting system turned off. So the accuracy of the player ratings is in question. Just the OOTP ratings are used for scouting.

That is the other thing....I have a couple AA pitchers that are amazing (Juan Nicaso for one)...I promoted him to AAA to get him more competition...the AI sent him back down to AA for some crazy...
