OOTP Has just stopped working.

I purchased OOTP a little over a month ago, version 9.2.13 and it has completely stopped working. I can get into the main screen, but when I try to start any kind of a league I get and error message...

Yeah, but on the main screen of OOTP 9 there is an option that says Import OOTP 6.12/6.5 Game, so I would assume something like this could be done.
