NVIDIA does seem to be working fine with Proton experimental. Full screen also seems to work well in 3D, this hasn't been the case for me in the last few versions (I always had to play in a window)....

As a Linux only user, that should be fine. Hopefully OOTP 25 was tested with the proprietary NVIDIA driver and Proton, since the driver can be unpredictable sometimes.
