I'm on PC / Steam.
The popups started to look like that for me in FHM5 for whatever reason if I'm not mistaken. All the games ever since have had the popup look like that from the start.

The player pop-up screen has the +/- stat kinda missing the column. Been the case since FHM5 where it somehow got fixed. FHM6 and on it's just been like this. Tried all the resolution / screen mode...

I had this issue and I had to go create an exception for the game in my anti-virus program. It blocked the creation of player portraits for some reason and never announced it's doing it in any way.
