You can pick the exact color. There are set basic colors but you can also drag along a rainbow chart thingy (not sure the exact name of that?) or manually input red/green/blue values or put in a HTML...

Unfortunately this isn't really a 'voting' situation ... And, I am not really sure what the deal is with hair in Facegen ... the non helmeted heads in FHM 2 currently have some pretty basic hair...

Well, as you'll see with tomorrow's screenshots, the players once on team are in helmets too, so having the gear in that case kind of makes sense.
