How Do I Import and Individual Team?

I expanded my league form 8 to 12 teams but DONT want to have expansion draft. I now have the new 4 teams in with no roster. Is there some way I can import say via excel or txt file a new roster team...

At the time 3 divisions had 5 teams while the other (Patrick) had 6 teams.
