And in effect you only can sim one season at a time.

When trying to play a X number of seasons unattended, was the problem with the pop-up-question-window, that asked if you wanted to import real rookies before going on to the next...

I would not buy 2006, if historical play is what you like to sim.

It is a great game for fictional play but for some unknown reason a number of Core Fuctions for historical play have been removed...
