i'd take the third baseman because it looks like he can easily play SS, and his ratings at SS make him a bona fide all-star

Yea but it doesn't get a specific pitcher to follow. A feature like this doesn't need to be perfect. If we could just have a certain pitcher follow a specific starter.

What the Rockies did is kind of irrelevant. Every team does this at their lower levels, and with the new pitching model, it would not only add realism but depth to player development for pitchers.

I was wondering if it can be done in OOTP. I know almost all teams use it at short-season and a bunch more at the A-ball levels. The Astros announced they are doing it thru out the minors this year....
